Environmental Site Assessments

Phase I, II, III Assesments

Enviromental Building Assesment
EMES is experienced in conducting Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), audits, and impact studies.  These typically involve the evaluation and interactions of the physical, biotic, and socioeconomic environments.  In each project, EMES tailors the talents and experience of many environmental professionals to develop the scope and nature of the study to fit the needs and time constraints of our clients.

The ESAs are performed in compliance with the ASTM E 1527-05 standards on Environmental Site Assessments for Commercial Real Estate, ASTM E 1903-97 standards on Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Process, and ASTM E 2600-10 standard guide for Vapor Encroachment screening for Properties Invovled in Real Estate Transactions.

EMES uses a clear and comprehensive approach in performing property transfer environmental assessments.  The primary focus of these studies is to identify the likelihood of existing site contamination or environmental liabilities.  EMES's experienced staff has performed property transfer assessments for sites ranging from undeveloped lots to acres of multi-use industrial facilities.  Our approach is a flexible phased approach that can be easily modified or augmented to the specific needs of the project.
